Grünenthal was founded in 1946 by Hermann Wirtz, Sr. and is still family owned today. Their innovations in science and understanding of patients allowed them to be the first company to introduce penicillin to post-war Europe.
To this day their guiding principle is to “Think Innovation. Feel Life.’ a healthy balance between rationality and emotion, science and application.
The new identity uses visually unique and surprising footage that demonstrates Grünenthal’s R&D process and innovative thinking that will inspire the next generation of young scientists.
